Remontada was created around a simple belief: coaches, camp directors, and club leaders should be able to focus on athletes and community, not spend every spare hour on marketing systems and administrative work.
Our story
Large organizations have marketing departments and technology teams. Smaller clubs, camps, academies, and leagues often do not. Remontada brings together sport-specific leadership, modern AI tools, and hands-on execution to close that gap.
We work from the reality of sport: relationships matter, trust matters, and every full roster is built through a series of thoughtful decisions and consistent follow-through.
Co-founder
Digit brings deep leadership experience from the world of hockey, coaching, and athlete development. Her work has centered on creating meaningful opportunities, developing people, and helping athletes navigate pathways at the highest levels of the game.
At Remontada, she keeps the work grounded in what sports organizations and their communities actually need: clarity, momentum, and systems that make space for great coaching.
Co-founder
Raghav is a Government and Economics student at Cornell University with experience across sports business and operations. He founded Remontada to help sports organizations spend less time on the business of growth and more time building opportunities for athletes.
Raghav is building the growth systems behind Remontada: thoughtful marketing, practical AI workflows, and technology that helps organizations act on their data instead of getting buried by it.
